Position Summary

We are seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our home health team in beautiful Missoula, MT . In this role, you’ll work under the direction of a Physical Therapist to provide high-quality, individualized care to patients in the comfort of their homes.

Key Responsibilities

• •Provide physical therapy treatments as directed by the supervising Physical Therapist
• •Implement individualized care plans to improve patient mobility and independence
• •Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and home safety
• •Accurately document patient progress and communicate with the care team
• •Maintain compliance with all regulatory and company standards

Qualifications

• •Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• •Current PTA license in the state of Montana (or ability to obtain)
• •CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
• •Previous home health experience preferred, but not required
• •Strong communication and time management skills
• •Passion for delivering exceptional, patient-centered care
