This role sits at the intersection of public policy, technology, product development, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate brings strong legislative and policy analysis experience, sound judgment, and the ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into practical solutions that support product innovation while mitigating safety, integrity, and compliance risks.

Analyze U.S. and international legislative and regulatory developments affecting digital platforms, online safety, content regulation, and freedom of expression.

Coordinate cross functional initiatives, align priorities, and track progress against regulatory objectives.
Build consensus across stakeholders through clear communication, negotiation, and sound judgment.
Anticipate regulatory challenges, identify escalation needs, and independently drive solutions.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Law, Public Policy, Human Rights, or a related discipline.
Minimum 7 years of relevant public policy, legislative analysis, regulatory, or related institutional experience.
Experience navigating U.S. and global policy issues, particularly those affecting internet technologies and digital platforms.
Knowledge of data privacy, online safety, security, content regulation, and freedom of expression.
Strong cross functional collaboration, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
Experience supporting regulatory compliance and executing complex initiatives.
Exceptional written communication, analytical, and problem solving abilities.
Ability to operate independently, exercise discretion, and manage sensitive information.
Preferred Qualifications
Government, congressional, or legislative policy experience.
Experience supporting technology companies or digital products.
International regulatory or policy experience.
Background working directly with product, engineering, legal, or risk teams on policy implementation.
Experience developing policy guidance and risk mitigation strategies for new product launches.
This position offers the opportunity to influence policy decisions for a high growth consumer technology product while helping teams navigate complex global regulatory requirements. The successful candidate will have meaningful ownership, direct collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, and an opportunity to shape practical solutions that balance innovation, user safety, and regulatory responsibility.
Important distinction: This is an internal product policy and regulatory strategy role, not a traditional government relations or external lobbying position. It is also not a hands on content moderation role.
