Beschichter für Pulverbeschichtungen ​/in m/w/d

Unser Betrieb ist spezialisiert auf hochwertige Pulverbeschichtung und Oberflächenbearbeitung von Metallteilen. Qualität, Zuverlässigkeit und sauberes Arbeiten stehen bei uns an erster Stelle.

Als Beschichter und Sandstrahler sind Sie für die fachgerechte Vorbereitung und Beschichtung von Metallteilen verantwortlich. Dazu gehört das Reinigen, Entfetten, Abkleben und Aufhängen der Werkstücke sowie das Sandstrahlen zur optimalen Oberflächenvorbereitung. Sie führen Pulverbeschichtung nach Vorgabe aus, auchten auf die richtige Farbauswahl, Schichtstärke und Oberflächenstruktur und bedienen dabei selbstständig die Pulverkabine und den Einbrennofen. Nach der Beschichtung prüfen Sie die Werkstücke auf Qualität und Oberflächenfehler und sorgen für einen sauberen, organiesierten Arbeitsplatz.
