Für unseren Kunden mit Sitz im Raum Günzburg/Krumbach suchen wir aktuell SIE als PULVERBSCHICHTER (m/w/d) für nachfolgende Aufgaben:

IHRE AUFGABEN:

  • Pulverbeschichtung von Eigenprodukten und Lohnbeschichtungsumfängen
  • Vorbereitung von Werkstücken für die Beschichtung, Auf- und Abhängen
  • Durchführung von Qualitätskontrollen
  • Händisches Nacharbeiten bei Bedarf
  • Bedienung, Steuerung und Überwachung der Pulverbeschichtungsanlage
  • Tägliche sowie wöchentliche Wartung der gesamten Anlage
  • Verantwortung und Verwaltung des Pulverlagers
  • Qualitätskontrolle der beschichteten Teile

IHR PROFIL:

  • Ausbildung zum Maler oder Lackierer (m/w/d) ist von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse beim Pulverbeschichten
  • Handwerkliches Geschick
  • Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit in deutscher Sprache
  • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit (3-Schichtbetrieb)
  • Hohes Maß an Flexibilität
  • Bereitschaft zu Samstagsarbeit
  • Führerschein/PKW
