Pulverbeschichter (m/w/d)

  • für unseren Kunden in Augsburg Pulverbeschichter (m/w/d)
  • Dein Profil:
  • Berufserfahrung im Bereich Pulverbeschichtung oder Oberflächenbeschichtung
  • Idealerweise abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Lackierer (m/w/d), Industrielackierer (m/w/d) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Pulverbeschichtungsanlagen von Vorteil
  • Technisches Verständnis und handwerkliches Geschick
  • Sorgfältige und qualitätsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Zuverlässigkeit und Teamfähigkeit
  • Körperliche Belastbarkeit
  • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit
  • Deine aufgaben:
  • Vorbereitung und Reinigung der Werkstücke für die Beschichtung
  • Aufhängen und Abhängen der Werkstücke
  • Pulverbeschichten von Metallteilen
  • Einrichten und Bedienen der Beschichtungsanlagen
  • Überwachung des Beschichtungsprozesses
  • Durchführung von Qualitäts- und Sichtkontrollen
  • Nachbearbeitung bei Bedarf
  • Reinigung und Pflege der Anlagen und Arbeitsmittel
  • Einhaltung der Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsvorschriften
