Westaff is looking for a Punch/Laser Machine Operator (Amada) in the Warwick RI area for Immediate Start!

Location: Warwick RI

Shift: Monday-Friday | 1:30 PM - 9:30 PM

Pay Rate: $24.00/hr + $2.00/hr Shift Differential

Westaff is hiring a Punch/Laser Machine Operator (Amada) for a leading manufacturing company in Warwick, RI. If you have experience operating turret punch or laser equipment and enjoy working in a fast-paced production environment, we'd like to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Set up, operate, and monitor Amada punch/laser machines

Perform quality inspections and make machine adjustments as needed

Conduct routine equipment maintenance and safety checks

Read work orders and ensure production goals are met

Move materials safely throughout the production area

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Qualifications:

Experience operating Amada punch or laser machines preferred

Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

Manufacturing experience required

Ability to read and follow production instructions

Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods

Team-oriented with a strong commitment to safety and quality
