Job Overview

As a Purchase Manager , you will be responsible for managing end-to-end procurement operations, ensuring timely sourcing of high-quality materials at optimal costs. You will build strong vendor relationships, drive cost efficiencies, and ensure uninterrupted supply to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• •Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with business needs
• •Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable vendors and suppliers
• •Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms to optimize costs
• •Ensure timely procurement of raw materials and packaging supplies
• •Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse and kitchen teams
• •Track market trends and identify opportunities for cost savings
• •Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards
• •Maintain procurement records, MIS reports, and documentation
• •Resolve supplier issues related to quality, quantity, or delivery
• •Collaborate with internal stakeholders to forecast demand

Requirements

• •Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, or related field
• •Proven experience in procurement or purchase management
• •Prior experience in Cloud Kitchen or a QSR company is a plus
• •Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
• •Proficiency in MS Excel, MIS, and ERP systems
• •Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-location environment
• •Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
