Key Responsibilities
Analyze purchasing data, including costs, quantities, lead times, supplier performance, and PO volumes, to support decision-making.
Develop and maintain purchasing dashboards, reports, and KPI tracking, including vendor OTIF, accuracy, pricing trends, NPI/NPL, and lead times.
Identify trends, inefficiencies, cost-saving opportunities, and process improvements through data analysis.
Turn complex purchasing data into clear, actionable insights and visual reporting for the team and other stakeholders.
Monitor purchasing accuracy metrics, investigate variances and root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
Support supplier audits, compliance reviews, and sourcing decisions through cost and supplier performance analysis.
Maintain accurate supplier, item, pricing, and purchasing master data within ERP systems.
Support raw material inventory management and month-end financial closeout activities.
Lead ERP data cleanup and purchasing data management initiatives to improve reporting accuracy and operational efficiency.
Collaborate with Purchasing and cross-functional teams to provide timely data and insights that drive continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications:
0–2+ years of experience in supply chain analytics or related analytics.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
Proficiency with Excel, SQL, and ERP/BI software.
Strong communication, time management, and ability to meet deadlines.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail, flexibility, organization, and prioritization skills.
Desired Qualifications:
Experience with purchasing, procurement, supply chain, or financial data analysis.
Advanced Excel skills and experience creating dashboards or visual reports.
Familiarity with SQL, ERP systems, and BI/reporting tools.
Experience analyzing supplier performance, purchasing KPIs, inventory, or cost data.
Understanding of month-end close, financial reconciliation, or cost analysis.
Experience with data cleanup, master data management, and improving data accuracy.
Strong problem-solving and root-cause analysis skills.
Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
Interest in continuous improvement and process optimization.
Experience working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
