Job Summary

This key position provides purchasing support to our team in Minneapolis.

Requirements:

Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills

Strong sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment

Intermediate to Advanced level of skill in Excel

High attention to detail

Knowledge of construction, business and purchasing an asset but not required

Responsibilities:

Assisting team with coding and pricing construction projects

Set up, maintain, and update item codes/pricing

Data sorting and processing

Compiling reports

Other administrative duties as required

Request and review quotes from supplier

Create PO’s and invoice processing

Coordinate and schedule material delivery and pick-up

Outsource products and services as required
