Mosaic is a growing interiors distributor supporting builders and designers with cabinetry, tile, lighting, plumbing, and more. With 9 locations and a central servicing center, our success depends on strong purchasing, accurate inventory, and reliable supplier partnerships.

This is a fully on-site, office-based role in Chantilly, VA . This position focuses on purchasing, vendor coordination, and inventory planning— it is not a warehouse or physical labor role .

What You’ll Do

• •Review purchase orders for accuracy
• •Track open orders and follow up with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery
• •Maintain accurate product costs and pricing in the ERP system
• •Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve order or supply issues

What Success Looks Like

• •Purchase orders are accurate and processed on time
• •Supplier communication is proactive and organized
• •System data is accurate and reliable

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• •1-2 years of experience in purchasing, operations, or inventory planning
• •Basic to intermediate Excel skills
• •Strong attention to detail and organization
