Buscamos un(a) Ingeniero(a) de Operaciones y Compras responsable de gestionar los procesos de abastecimiento nacional e internacional, coordinar proveedores especializados y garantizar el cumplimiento de los requerimientos operativos de la compañía. Será responsable de administrar órdenes de compra y servicios, realizar seguimiento a entregas, validar técnicamente bienes y servicios adquiridos, gestionar información en SAP y contribuir al control de inventarios.

El cargo requiere una persona orientada a resultados, con capacidad de coordinación, negociación y seguimiento, asegurando el cumplimiento de los indicadores de desempeño, así como de los estándares de calidad, seguridad y medio ambiente de la organización.

Principales responsabilidades

  • - Gestionar compras nacionales de bienes y servicios.
  • - Coordinar y realizar seguimiento a proveedores.
  • - Generar y administrar órdenes de compra y de servicio.
  • - Validar técnicamente bienes y servicios adquiridos.
  • - Administrar el módulo de compras en SAP.
  • - Apoyar la gestión de inventarios y control de materiales.
  • - Contribuir al cumplimiento de KPI del área.
  • - Participar activamente en los sistemas de gestión integrados.

Indispensable: conocimiento avanzado en Microsoft Project y experiencia comprobable en planeación, programación y seguimiento de proyectos, recursos y actividades operativas.
