• Purchasing operations and administration
• •Implement purchase engineering activities on goods requisition process to ensure reliable vendor integrity, best quality, best price, and on-time goods provision.
• •Provide feedback and suggestion to user related to the requisition to optimize budget
• •Coordinating and validating goods request with the budget available
• •Conduct price verification with vendor
• •Provide and maintain purchasing database
• •Provide follow-up on ordering problem and/or goods return process with supplier.
• •Provide follow up on the invoicing and administration handling for the procurement activities.
• •Prepare monthly report to the section head.

• Purchasing strategy
• •Conduct evaluation research on current supplier / vendor A
• •Research and suggest prospective vendor to the section head
• •Maintain and initiate a mutual relationship and communication with supplier / vendors.
• •Propose input / improvement regarding to the procurement overall operation / business process.

• Supporting management duties
• •Arrange monthly activity report to warehouse section head
• •Doing additional task as required

• Requirements :
• •Minimum Bachelor degree (S1)
• •Minimum 2 years of working experience
