Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Purchasing Specialist with French language skills . The person will support the OneSource team .
Hybrid working model , Krakow, Quattro Business Park (3-day office)
Role description:
- Review, analyze, and process incoming purchase requisitions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with internal procurement policies and GMP requirements
- Coordinate and execute purchasing activities in a timely and cost-effective manner to support uninterrupted operations
- Request and evaluate quotes from approved suppliers and contract service providers, ensuring quality, compliance, and competitive pricing
- Maintain accuracy and integrity of purchasing data in systems, ensuring audit readiness and regulatory compliance
- Monitor supplier performance, cost, and contract scope to ensure best value, quality, and service levels
- Identify and develop new, qualified supply sources when existing vendors no longer meet performance, compliance, or cost expectations
- Recommend cost-saving initiatives, including alternative sourcing strategies, supplier consolidation, and process optimization to increase efficiency and reduce purchasing and procurement risk
- Responsible for consistently meeting Purchasing targets and contributing to the achievement of departmental KPIs
Role requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Finance, or Management preferred
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Purchasing, Procurement, or Strategic Sourcing, preferably within the pharmaceutical or life sciences sector
- Very good level of French and English, both spoken and written.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and as an individual
- High level of integrity and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and with international suppliers
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills
- Proficiency in using the SAP system and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
