Location: Lovosice (Hybrid, 2-3 days per week on-site)

Key Responsibilities

• •Create and maintain production schedules based on forecasts and customer demand.
• •Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and proactively address supply risks.
• •Monitor shipments and collaborate with logistics partners to support on-time delivery.
• •Manage planning reports and maintain accurate data in SAP and MRP systems.
• •Analyse capacity, inventory, and supply chain performance to support operational decisions.
• •Perform root cause analysis and drive corrective actions for planning and supply issues.
• •Support planning projects, process improvements, and supply chain optimisation initiatives.
• •Communicate planning updates and collaborate with stakeholders across the business.

What We're Looking For:

• •Experience in production planning, supply planning, operational buying, or supply chain operations.
• •Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate and prevent issues.
• •Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• •Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• •SAP knowledge is an advantage.
• •Logistics or supplier coordination experience is a plus.
