Job Description & Summary

As a Senior Associate in SAP FICO, you will play a key role in delivering end-to-end financial and controlling solutions using SAP S/4HANA. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, support client engagements, and contribute to the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP FICO modules. This role demands both functional expertise and a proactive approach to problem-solving and client communication.

Key Responsibilities

• •Lead or support the implementation and configuration of SAP FICO modules including:
• •General Ledger (FI-GL)
• •Accounts Payable (FI-AP)
• •Accounts Receivable (FI-AR)
• •Asset Accounting (FI-AA)
• •Controlling (CO-OM, CO-PA)
• •Profit Center and Cost Center Accounting
• •Margin Analysis and Material Ledger

• •Customize SAP S/4HANA Finance and Controlling modules based on client requirements.
• •Conduct gap analysis, prepare functional specifications, and support technical teams in development.
• •Participate in data migration, testing (unit, integration, UAT), and go-live support.
• •Provide training and documentation for key users and end-users.
• •Collaborate with clients to understand business processes and recommend best practices.
• •Stay updated on SAP innovations and contribute to internal knowledge sharing.

Required Qualifications

• •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• •3–5 years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO implementation or support.
• •Experience with SAP S/4HANA is essential, including knowledge of new functionalities and Fiori apps.
• •Familiarity with the differences between ECC and S/4HANA environments.
• •Strong understanding of financial processes and integration points with other SAP modules (MM, SD, RE-FX, etc.).
• •Basic understanding of extensibility options and GAP development in S/4HANA
