Our challenge

We are seeking a skilled Python Developer with experience in modern front-end frameworks (React or Angular) to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python-based backend development, API integration, and front-end application development while working in an Agile environment.

Additional Information*

The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Irving, TX is $95k - $100k/year & benefits (see below).

The Role

Responsibilities:

• •Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Python and React or Angular.
• •Develop RESTful APIs, microservices, and backend components.
• •Build responsive and user-friendly front-end interfaces.
• •Collaborate with product owners, architects, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• •Integrate applications with databases, third-party services, and cloud platforms.
• •Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices.
• •Troubleshoot application issues and optimize performance.
• •Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies.

Requirements:

• •Strong experience with Python development.
• •Experience with React.js or Angular.
• •Hands-on experience developing REST APIs and microservices.
• •Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• •Experience with Flask, FastAPI, or Django frameworks.
• •Strong understanding of relational databases such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.
• •Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and version control practices.
• •Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Preferred, but not required:

• •Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• •Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
• •Experience with automated testing frameworks.
• •Banking or financial services domain experience is a plus.
