Wer wir sind:

Wir bauen das offene Gebäude-Betriebssystem der Zukunft. Wir nutzen das Odoo ERP-Framework (Python/PostgreSQL) und transformieren es in eine hochperformante Plattform, die weit über klassische Software hinausgeht. Wir führen Gebäudedaten (MSR, IoT, Funk-Brandschutz) und personenbezogene, biometrische Gesundheitsdaten (Wearables, Diagnostik) in einer geschlossenen Matrix zusammen. Wissenschaftlich begleitet durch führende regionale Hochschulen, erschaffen wir Lösungen für den Corporate-Health- und Premium-Smart-Home-Markt.

Deine Aufgaben bei uns:

· Die Human-IoT-Pipeline: Du entwickelst die Schnittstellen zur Anbindung moderner Enterprise-Sicherheits-APIs sowie die Verarbeitung biometrischer Echtzeitdaten in Odoo.

· Intelligente Logik & Smart Grid: Du schreibst Python-Module für automatisierte, biologisch-adaptive Regelungsschleifen (Lichtspektren, Raumklima) und integrierst dynamische Stromtarife für industrielle Kälteanlagen.

· Architektur & Core: Du konzipierst und optimierst performante Zeitreihen-Datenbanken innerhalb unseres Odoo-Backends.

Das bringst du mit:

· Fundierte Erfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung mit Python und relationalen Datenbanken (PostgreSQL).

· Idealerweise tiefere Kenntnisse im Odoo-Framework (Modul-Entwicklung, APIs).

· Begeisterung für IoT-Protokolle (MQTT, REST) und den Zukunftsmarkt Green-Tech/PropTech.
