Erforderliche Qualifikationen / Kenntnisse der Mitarbeiter in den Bereichen:

Kunststofffertigung (Kunststoffformteile / Bedienteile Lenkrad)

Mechaniker (Erfahrung in Kunststofftechnik), alternativ technisch versierter Mitarbeiter mit solider Produktionserfahrung

Solide Kommunikationsfähigkeit

Fundierte EDV-Kenntnisse, idealerweise SAP-Erfahrung

Bereitschaft zu Wochenendarbeit (Samstag)

Bereitschaft zu längerem Auswärtseinsatz

Unterkunft kann u.U. nach Rücksprache durch Marquardt gestellt werden

Endmontage (zusätzlich zu Kunststofffertigung)

Ausbildung zum Mechatroniker / Elektroniker

Erfahrung im Umgang mit elektronischen Bauteilen und Messungen

Gegebenheiten:

Bauteile: Bedienelemente für Lenkräder

Endmontage:

über 400 Prüfmerkmale

Grenzmuster und Prüfanweisungen vorhanden

Schichtmodell für unsere Mitarbeiter:

Zweischichtbetrieb (Produktion selbst läuft jedoch dreischichtig)

Frühschicht 06:00 bis 14:00

Spätschicht 14:00 bis 22:00

Start: ab sofort

Ende: bis 30.09.2027 + Option auf Verlängerung

Volumen: fulltime (2-Schicht-Betrieb -> Früh- und Spätschicht, sowie samstags)

Einsatzort: Rietheim-Weilheim (100%)

Vertragsart: Dienstleistungsvertrag
