岗位职责：
- 负责空调产品零部件的质量管控；
- 参与新供应商选择、评估与认证，组织供应商现场审核及能力评估；
- 参与新产品导入（NPI）项目。审核供应商PPAP资料，评审PFMEA、Control Plan、MSA及SPC数据。确保量产前质量风险得到有效控制；
- 支持IQC检验标准制定与优化，推动来料质量持续改善，降低来料不良率及质量成本；
- 主导供应商质量问题调查与分析，组织临时围堵措施实施，审核供应商8D报告及改善措施，运用5Why、Fishbone、FMEA等工具进行根因分析，编制RCA，输出失效分析报告及改善建议，推动问题闭环管理，防止重复发生；
- 审核供应商材料、设计及工艺变更申请，评估变更风险及影响范围，确保未经批准的变更不得实施；
- 支持客户投诉及现场质量问题处理，协调供应商资源解决质量问题，推动跨部门质量改善项目实施；
任职资格：
- 全日制本科及以上学历，相关工科背景；
- 8年以上制造业行业经验；
- 熟悉质量工具的应用，如PPAP，FMEA，SPC， MSA，8D，PST等；
- 善于协调沟通，英语能够进行熟练沟通；
- 具备较强的问题分析，解决能力，自我驱动，以结果为导向
