QC Associate

Role Summary:

We are looking for an Associate in the QC team who will be responsible for coordinating operations, tracking vehicle movements, managing warehouse stock flow, and supporting reporting through basic Excel and dashboards. The role requires strong execution, cross-team coordination, and attention to operational details.

Key Responsibilities:

• •Coordinate with cross-functional teams (operations, warehouse, plant, transport partners) to ensure smooth execution.
• •Track end-to-end vehicle movement: pickup point → warehouse → plant, and ensure timely updates and issue resolution.
• •Monitor warehouse stock movement, including inward, storage, and outward material flow.
• •Maintain daily operational data in Excel and prepare basic dashboards/reports for tracking performance.
• •Identify gaps or delays in movement and proactively highlight to relevant stakeholders.
• •Support the team in process adherence and continuous improvement of operations.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• •Strong coordination and communication skills for working across multiple teams.
• •Basic Excel knowledge (data entry, simple formulas, reporting) and basic dashboarding ability.
• •Clear understanding of vehicle movement, logistics flow, and operational tracking.
• •Knowledge of warehouse operations and stock movement processes.
• •High ownership, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasks.

Preferred Profile:

• •0–3 years of experience in operations, logistics, supply chain, or related roles.
• •Comfortable working in a fast-paced, execution-focused environment.
• •Willingness to work closely with field teams, warehouse, and plant operations.
