As part of our QC Physical Analytics team, you will take ownership of analytical testing, laboratory equipment, and the continuous improvement of our processes.

What you will do:

  • Perform, evaluate, and document physico-chemical analyses in compliance with cGMP requirements, regulatory expectations, and internal procedures.
  • Ensure the timely and GMP-compliant execution of assigned testing activities.
  • Take responsibility for designated laboratory equipment, including calibration, qualification, and associated documentation.
  • Support troubleshooting activities, deviation investigations, and the implementation of corrective actions.
  • Actively contribute to the development and optimization of laboratory processes, analytical methods, and workflows.
  • Support the onboarding and training of new team members and promote knowledge sharing within the team.
  • Participate in the on-call duty rota as scheduled.

What we are looking for:

  • Completed apprenticeship or degree in Chemistry, Biology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a comparable scientific discipline.
  • Initial or several years of experience in Quality Control, ideally within a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical, biotech, or chemical manufacturing environment.
  • Experience with physical and physico-chemical analytical techniques, such as:
  • pH measurements
  • Karl Fischer titration
  • UV spectroscopy for protein concentration determination
  • Osmolality and conductivity measurements
  • Strong quality mindset and understanding of GMP and compliance requirements.
  • Structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working.
  • Enjoy working collaboratively and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Good command of English and basic German skills.
