Roles and Responsibilities:

• •Greet and welcome visitors or customer in a professional manner
• •Answer phone calls, emails, and direct inquiries to the right department
• •Maintain visitor records and manage appointments or meeting schedules
• •Handle incoming and outgoing mail or courier services
• •Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable
• •Assist in administrative tasks like filing, data entry, and office coordination.

Desired candidate profile:

• •Experienced Require: - Min 1 year
• •Qualification: - Bachelor’s degree
• •Good communication (verbal & written
• •Polite and professional attitude
• •Organizational and multitasking skills
• •Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, etc.)
