Wir suchen im Auftrag für unseren Kunden in Miesbach eine Pflegefachkraft (m/w/d) mit Qualifikation zum/r Qualitätsbeauftragte/n oder PDL.

Ihre Aufgaben

Weiterentwicklung und Pflege des QM-Systems • Planung und Durchführung interner Audits • Analyse und Optimierung von Pflege- und Arbeitsprozessen • Aktualisierung von Standards, Leitlinien und Dokumentationen • Vorbereitung und Begleitung externer Prüfungen • Schulung und Unterstützung des Teams

Ihr Profil

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegefachkraft • Zusatzqualifikation und Erfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement • Gute Kenntnisse im Bereich Struktur-, Prozess- und Ergebnisqualität • Strukturierte, zuverlässige Arbeitsweise • Kommunikationsstark und teamorientiert
