  • Abschluss als Erzieher:in, Sozialarbeiter:in oder Sozialpädagog:in im Bereich Eingliederungshilfe / Soziale Arbeit
  • Freude daran, Menschen auf ihrem Weg zu mehr Selbstständigkeit und Teilhabe zu begleiten
  • eine wertschätzende, empathische und ressourcenorientierte Haltung
  • Organisationstalent, Selbstorganisation und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein sowie einen professionellen Umgang mit Dokumentation und Qualitätsstandards
  • Offenheit für fachliche Weiterentwicklung und neue Impulse

Gut zu wissen: Unsere qualifizierten Assistent:innen sind ambulant auf dem Kieler Ostufer von Dietrichsdorf bis Gaarden-Süd tätig. Das Sozialraumteam Ost kann für individuelle Klient:innen-Kontakte und Gruppenangebote auf zwei Sozialraumbüros in Dietrichsdorf und Ellerbek zurückgreifen.
