Ihre Aufgaben:

Kreditoren-, ggf. Debitoren-Buchhaltung

Mahnwesen und anhängige Korrespondenz

Unterstützung bei Monats-/Jahresabschlüssen,

Zahlläufen, Auswertungen & Stammdatenpflege,

OP-Management (Kontenklärung u. -abstimmung)

Sachkontenpflege

Buchung von Geschäftsvorfällen (Banken, Kreditoren, ggf. Debitoren)

Bearbeitung, regelm. Abstimmung des Zahlungsverkehrs

Eigenverantwortliche Abwicklungen in Teilbereichen der Kreditoren-, ggf. Debitoren-Buchhaltung

Zusammenarbeit u. Abstimmung mit angrenzenden Abteilungen

Das sollten Sie mitbringen:

Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation mit Weiterbildung in der Finanzbuchhaltung

Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung bevorzugt in einem produzierenden Unternehmen

Kenntnisse im Handelsrecht und ggf. Steuerrecht

Versierter Umgang mit gängigen ERP-Systemen, idealerweise SAP R/3 (SAP-FI), sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse

Strukturierte und präzise Arbeitsweise

Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, Englisch-Grundlagenwissen von Vorteil

Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Motivation, gutes Kommunikationsvermögen, Teamgeist, professionelles Auftreten
