Deine Aufgaben

Begleitung junger Menschen mit Unterstützungsbedarf im Schulalltag

Unterstützung bei der sozialen Integration und Förderung von Selbstständigkeit

Zusammenarbeit mit Lehrkräften, Eltern und unserem Fachdienst

Beobachtung und Reflexion von Entwicklungsprozessen

Mitwirkung an Hilfeplanung, Dokumentation und Austausch im Team

Was wir uns wünschen

Abgeschlossene pädagogische Ausbildung (z. B. Heilerziehungspfleger:in, Erzieher:in, Sozialassistent:in, Heilpädagog:in, Sozialpädagog:in o. ä.; europäische Abschlüsse werden oftmals anerkannt)

oder mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung in der Schulbegleitung

Einfühlungsvermögen, Belastbarkeit und Teamgeist

Kommunikationsstärke und Freude an gemeinsamer Entwicklungsarbeit

Bereitschaft zur fachlichen Reflexion und Weiterbildung
