  • Durchführung von artikelspezifischen Prüfungen an Sonderprüfmaschinen (z. B. Schweißnahtprüfung, Mikroskopie, Zug-Druck-Maschine, Dynamischer Prüfstand...)
  • Erstellung von Prüfberichten und Prüfprotokollen mit Hilfe bereitgestellter Software
  • Durchführung von Wareneingangsprüfungen zu Anlieferteilen (z.B. Maße, Oberfläche, etc.)
  • Dokumentation der Messwerte und Prüfergebnisse im CAQ System (BABTEC)
  • Kommunikation zwischen den Fachbereichen hinsichtlich der Produktqualität (Freigabe/Sperrung der Ware)
  • Auswertung von Prüfdaten
  • Unterstützung der Qualitätsprojektmanager in definierten Projektaufgaben
  • Unterstützung der Werker in der Fertigung bei Fragen zur Qualität
  • Mitwirkung bei Audits (Kundenaudits / interne Audits)

### IHR PROFIL:

  • Kenntnisse im Metallbereich
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office, SAP, CAQ
  • Fähigkeiten in Zeichnungslesen
  • Schichtbereitschaft im 3-Schicht-System
  • Analytische Fähigkeiten und strukturiertes Arbeiten
  • Teamfähigkeit
  • Sorgfalt und Genauigkeit
