Ihre Aufgaben

  • Messtechnische 2D/3D-Prüfungen mit optischen, taktilen und elektronischen Messmethoden
  • Analyse und Aufbereitung der Messergebnisse (SPC, Minitab, etc.)
  • Freigabe von Prozess- und Prüfablaufplänen und Fähigkeitsanalysen in Kooperation mit der Fertigung
  • Durchführung von Erstbemusterungen
  • Erstellen von Erstmusterberichten und 8D-Reports
  • Erstellung von Validierungs- und Verifizierungsplänen
  • Reporting und Dokumentation
  • Beteiligung an dem Freigabeprozess für Produktionsteile
  • Wirksamkeitsüberprüfung von Korrektur- und Vorbeugungsmaßnahmen

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes technisches oder betriebswirtschaftliches Studium bzw. Technikerausbildung mit Schwerpunkt E-Technik oder ähnliche Qualifikation
  • Berufserfahrung im Automotiven QS/QM
  • Weiterbildung zum Messtechniker
  • Erfahrung in der Programmierung von Messmaschinen (optisch/taktil)
  • Fundiertes Wissen im Lesen und Verstehen technischen Zeichnungen und Schaltplänen
  • Methodenkenntnisse im Q-Wesen (8D, 5Why, FMEA, APQP, RGA, etc.) wünschenswert
  • Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Flexibilität und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
