Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Koordinierung und Steuerung aller qualitätssichernden Maßnahmen
  • Umsetzung aktueller pflegefachlicher und wissenschaftlicher Erkenntnisse
  • Durchführung und Teilnahme an Pflegevisiten
  • Betreuung der Pflegedokumentation
  • enger Austausch mit der Einrichtungsleitung, PDL und Fachkräften
  • Durchführung von Fort- und Weiterbildungsmaßnahmen sowie Anleitung von Mitarbeitern

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im pflegerischen Bereich
  • Weiterbildung zum Qualitätsbeauftragten (m/w/d)
  • Zuverlässigkeit, Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
  • ausgeprägte soziale Kompetenz, Engagement und Freude im Umgang mit Menschen
  • Sicherheit im Umgang mit MS-Office-Anwendungen
  • sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
