  • Deine Aufgaben:
  • Sicherstellung der Ergebnisqualität durch internes Pflegecontrolling basierend auf den Pflege- und Expertenstandards
  • Durchführung anlassbezogener Pflegevisiten
  • Schulung der Mitarbeiter
  • Pflege und Weiterentwicklung unseres Qualitätsmanagementhandbuches im Rahmen der Struktur- und Prozessqualität
  • Begleitung von Prüfungen
  • Erstellung von Maßnahmenplänen basierend auf den Prüfungen
  • Das bringst du mit:
  • Ausbildung zur examinierten Pflegefachkraft mit mind. 3 Jahren Berufserfahrung
  • Weiterbildung zum Qualitätsmanagementbeauftragten oder vergleichbares Studium
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Office
  • Prozess- und lösungsorientiertes Denken und Handeln
