### Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Sie verantworten die Sicherstellung und kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Qualität entlang der gesamten Prozesskette – vom Lieferanten bis zum Kunden.
  • Sie sind Ansprechpartner für unsere Kunden und Lieferanten in allen qualitätsrelevanten Fragestellungen.
  • Sie setzen qualitätsrelevante Standards, Spezifikationen und Methoden am Standort um und überwachen deren Einhaltung.
  • Sie führen Ursachenanalysen bei Qualitätsabweichungen und Fehlerschwerpunkten durch, entwickeln geeignete Maßnahmen und begleiten deren Umsetzung und Wirksamkeitskontrolle.
  • Sie koordinieren und unterstützen interne sowie externe Audits.

### Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement, idealerweise in der Automobilindustrie.
  • Gute Kenntnisse der IATF 16949 sowie der relevanten VDA-Standards.
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse der VDA 6.3 sowie eine entsprechende Qualifikation als VDA-6.3-Prozessauditor.
  • Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen Qualitätsmethoden und Automotive Core Tools (z. B. 8D, FMEA, APQP, PPAP/PPF) sowie weiteren QM-Werkzeugen.
  • Strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise sowie hohe Problemlösungskompetenz.
  • Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke und sicheres Auftreten im interdisziplinären Austausch.
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse.
