Für unseren Kunden, ein Anbieter von Energie- und Antriebssystemen für Verteidigungs- und Sicherheitsanwendungen sind Sie alsQualitätsingenieur (m/w/d) am Standort Wedel (bei Hamburg) tätig.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Analyse, Bearbeitung und Nachverfolgung interner sowie externer Qualitätsmeldungen inklusive ERP-Dokumentation
  • Durchführung und Koordination von Ursachenanalysen mit den beteiligten Fachbereichen
  • Definition, Umsetzung und Überwachung von Korrektur- und Vorbeugemaßnahmen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit internen Abteilungen, Kunden und Lieferanten sowie Unterstützung bei Lieferantenproblemen
  • Planung und Durchführung von internen und externen Audits sowie Sicherstellung der Normkonformität
  • Lieferantenentwicklung, Überwachung von Maßnahmen und Moderation von Qualitätsrunden (FRB/MRB)
  • Freigabe und Sperrung von Produkten/Prozessen, Erstellung von Zertifikaten sowie Schulung der Mitarbeitenden zu Qualitätsthemen

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossenes Ingenieurstudium, Fachschulausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation mit Schwerpunkt Mechanik und mehrjähriger Industrieerfahrung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement bzw. in der Qualitätsprüfung, idealerweise in der Automobil-, Luftfahrt- oder Verteidigungsindustrie
  • Zusatzqualifikation im Qualitätsmanagement, z. B. DGQ-Qualitätsmanager oder vergleichbare Weiterbildung
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Qualitätsmethoden wie 8D, FMEA, Fault Tree Analysis und 5M
  • Ausgeprägte Analysefähigkeit sowie strukturierte, lösungs- und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Lean Six Sigma, SAP und MS Office, sehr gute Englischkenntnisse sowie Reisebereitschaft
