  • AUFGABENPROFIL Verantwortung für die Qualitätsplanung neuer Produkte
  • im Industrialisierungs- und Serienanlaufprozess inklusive APQP, FMEA,
  • Prüf- und Kontrollplänen Qualitative Begleitung von Muster-, Pilot-
  • und Serienaufbauten sowie Sicherstellung der Produkt- und Prozessreife
  • bis zum erfolgreichen Produktionsanlauf Analyse und Weiterentwicklung
  • von Qualitätskennzahlen, Prozessfähigkeiten und Fertigungsstandards
  • zur nachhaltigen Absicherung der Serienqualität Moderation von
  • Problemlösungsprozessen (z. B. 8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa) sowie Umsetzung
  • wirksamer Korrektur- und Verbesserungsmaßnahmen Aufbau und Sicherung
  • von Qualitätswissen durch Audits und den Transfer bewährter Methoden
  • in Folgeprojekte und Serienprozesse DEIN QUALIFIKATIONSPROFIL Studium
  • Maschinenbau, Produktionstechnik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen,
  • Qualitätsmanagement oder vergleichbar Mehrjährige Erfahrung im
  • Qualitätsmanagement sowie in Industrialisierungs- oder
  • Serienanlaufprojekten Fundierte Kenntnisse in APQP, PPAP/PPA, FMEA,
  • MSA, SPC, Control Plan und Six Sigma Kenntnisse der Normen ISO 9001,
  • IATF 16949 und relevanter VDA-Standards Erfahrung mit SAP, Minitab und
