# Deine Aufgaben

  • Planung und Umsetzung qualitätssichernder Maßnahmen im Produktentstehungsprozess
  • Erstellung und Pflege von Qualitätsdokumentationen
  • Mitwirkung bei APQP-, FMEA-, Control-Plan- und PPAP-Prozessen
  • Definition von Qualitätsanforderungen für Produkte und Prozesse Erstellung, Optimierung und Pflege von Messprogrammen
  • Planung von Messstrategien für Bauteile und Baugruppen
  • Erstellung, Optimierung und Pflege von Messprogrammen für Koordinatenmessmaschinen und/oder optische Messsysteme
  • Definition von Prüfmerkmalen und Prüfkonzepten anhand technischer Zeichnungen und Spezifikationen
  • Durchführung komplexer Messungen bei Bedarf
  • Bewertung und Interpretation von Messergebnissen

# Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau, Produktionstechnik, Qualitätsmanagement oder eine vergleichbare technische Ausbildung mit entsprechender Weiterbildung
  • Berufserfahrung in der Qualitätssicherung und im Qualitätsmanagement idealerweise im Maschinenbau
  • Kenntnisse gängiger Qualitätsmethoden und –werkzeuge z.B. FMEA, 8D, Six Sigma Grundlagen, Ishikawa
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Messtechnik
  • Gutes Verständnis für technische Zeichnungen, Fertigungs- und Montageprozesse
  • Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
  • Teamgeist und die Fähigkeit, in einem dynamischen Umfeld zu arbeiten
