Deine Aufgaben

  • Abnahme und Freigabe von Rüstvorgängen sowie Serienprüfungen nach Prozesslenkungsplan
  • Vermessung von Bauteilen mittels 3D-Messmaschinen, Form-, Kontur- und Rauheitsmessgeräten
  • Erstellung und Programmierung von Messprogrammen nach Zeichnung und Prüfvorschrift
  • Bewertung der Messergebnisse sowie Entscheidung über die Produktkonformität
  • Durchführung von Requalifikationsprüfungen, Prozess- und Maschinenfähigkeitsuntersuchungen
  • Abnahme neuer Maschinen und Dokumentation der Prüfabläufe

Dein Profil

  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Messtechnik, als Zerspanungsmechaniker oder in einem vergleichbaren Beruf
  • Du bringst gute Anwenderkenntnisse in MS Office mit
  • Zudem bist Du bereit, in einem 3-Schicht-System (inklusive Wochenende) bei einer 35-Stunden-Woche zu arbeiten
