# Qualitätsmanagementbeauftragten (m/w/d)

für unseren Unternehmenssitz in Bad Langensalza

## Aufgaben:

  • Verantwortung für die Einhaltung und Durchsetzung der gesetzlichen Regelungen zur Sicherstellung der Lebensmittelsicherheit
  • Kontrolle der Umsetzung und Aufrechterhaltung der Qualitätsziele
  • Verantwortung für die Vorbereitung und Durchführung jährlicher Zertifizierungen und Audits
  • Auditplanung und regelmäßige Durchführung von Qualitätsaudits und –kontrollen
  • Aktualisierung und Verbesserung des HACCP-Konzepts
  • Veranlassung und Durchführung geeigneter Qualitätsschulungen und Trainingsmaßnahmen der Mitarbeiter

## Profil:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in den Bereichen Oecotrophologie, Ernährungswissenschaften, Lebensmittelsicherheit oder in vergleichbaren Studiengängen
  • Einschlägige praktische Berufserfahrung im QS-Bereich, idealerweise als QMB in der Lebensmittelbranche
  • Entscheidungsfreudigkeit
  • Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Qualitäts-, Verantwortungs- und Hygienebewusstsein
