Durchführung interner Audits, Reklamationsmanagement und Wirksamkeitsanalysen; Ableitung von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen

Konzeption und Umsetzung praxisnaher Schulungen zu den Themen QM, Audit und FMEA für Kund*innen

Erstellung aussagekräftiger Reports, und Präsentationen für Kund*innen

Beratung der Unternehmensleitung in QM-relevanten Themen
