Ihre Aufgaben

  • Planung, Überwachung, Sicherstellung und Durchführung von Qualitätskontrollen/-standards
  • Erstellung von Produktionslenkungsplänen
  • Einführung und Änderung von Prüfvorschriften/Qualitätssicherungsplänen
  • Durchführung von Produkt- und Prozessaudits (FMEA)
  • Unterstützung bei Zertifizierung und Implementierung von Normen (ISO 9001:2015, IATF 16949)
  • Koordination/Umsetzung im Bereich Qualitätsvorausplanung (APQP)
  • Durchführung interner und externer Audits
  • Erstellung und Aufrechterhaltung von Prüfanweisungen
  • Auswertung und Archivierung von qualitätsrelevanten Dokumenten
  • Maßnahmen zur Qualitätsverbesserung und Fehleranalyse
  • Reklamationsbearbeitung mittels 8D-Reporting
  • Unterstützung der Führungskräfte bei der Umsetzung von Kundenanforderungen
  • Regelmäßiges Reporting an die Geschäftsführung
  • Unterstützung im Bereich der 3D-Messtechnik

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium oder Weiterbildung zum Techniker
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich QS/QM - Automotive
  • Kenntnisse aktueller Qualitätsstandards der Automobilindustrie (IATF) notwendig
  • Kenntnisse in ERP-Systemen (proALPHA) und MS-Office (Excel)
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse
