- > Strategische Weiterentwicklung der Qualitätsmanagementsysteme ISO 9001 und IATF 16949
- > Modellierung und Optimierung der Geschäftsprozesse zur Qualitäts- und Effizienzsteigerung
- > Eigenverantwortliche Vorbereitung, Begleitung und Nachbereitung von internen und externen Audits
- > Strategiearbeit durch zielgerechte Moderation von fachübergreifenden Workshops und Meetings
- > Chancen- und Risikomanagement zur proaktiven Prozessoptimierung
- > Koordination des Berichtswesens
- > Zusammenarbeit mit den internationalen Standorten
- Dein Profil
- > Abgeschlossene technische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung (HTL, FH, UNI)
- > Mehrjährige, fundierte Berufserfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement eines produzierenden Unternehmens
- > Tiefes Verständnis der Standards ISO 9001 und IATF 16949
- > Erfahrung in der Durchführung von System- und Prozessaudits (idealerweise Ausbildung nach VDA 6.3)
- > Starke methodische Kompetenz in der Prozessgestaltung und Risikoanalyse
- > Organisationstalent, um komplexe Workshops souverän zu leiten und strategische Themen zu koordinieren
- > Hohe Kommunikations- und Konfliktfähigkeit sowie Durchsetzungsstärke
- > Ausgeprägte interkulturelle Kompetenz für die globale Zusammenarbeit
- > Bereitschaft zu Dienstreisen
- > Sicheres Englisch in Wort und Schrift
