  • > Leitung und Gestaltung des Qualitätsmanagements/Organisationsentwicklung auf Holdingebene und Koordinierung mit den dezentralen lokalen und internationalen QM-Verantwortlichen
  • > Strategisches Projekt- und Transformationsmanagement inkl. Leitung der gruppenweiten, internationalen (IT-) Projekte
  • > Mitwirkung und Unterstützung bei der Planung und Durchführung interner Audits sowie Ableitung und Überwachung von Maßnahmen
  • > Leitung / Moderation / Mitarbeit bei komplexen, abteilungsübergreifenden QS-Schnittstellenprojekten
  • > Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Projekt-Controlling bei der Business-Case Erstellung (Berechnung von ROI, NPV) und Einhaltung der Projektbudgets
  • Dein Profil
  • > Abgeschlossenes technisches/wirtschaftliches Studium mit Bezug zu Qualitätsmanagement und/oder Organisationsentwicklung
  • > Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Organisationsentwicklung und Projektleitung, sowie in der Koordination von abteilungsübergreifenden Teams
  • > Prozess- und Schnittstellenkompetenz kombiniert mit Methodenstärke sowie Kenntnisse im (agilen) Projektmanagement
  • > Hohes Prozessverständnis bzw. die Fähigkeit sich in komplexe Abläufe reinzudenken
  • > Fundierte Kenntnisse im Qualitätsmanagement (z. B. ISO 9001, Six Sigma oder Lean-Methoden)
  • > Empathische Führungspersönlichkeit mit hoher Moderations- und Kommunikationskompetenz
  • > Bereitschaft zu fallweisen internationalen Dienstreisen
