Wir suchen für unser Qualitätsmanagement in Vollzeit eine/n

### Qualitätsmanager:in (m/w/d)

## Darauf hast du Lust:

  • Begleitung und Betreuung von Lieferanten bzgl. Qualitätsstandards und –sicherung
  • Durchführung von Qualitätssicherung, methodische Unterstützung und Anwenden von passenden Analysewerkzeugen
  • Planung, Durchführung, Begleitung von 1st-, 2nd- und 3rd-party Audits inkl. Maßnahmen
  • Bewertung von Kundenanforderungen in Bezug auf QM-Themen sowie deren Umsetzung
  • Bewertung und Optimierung von Prozessen sowie Innovationsprojekten in der Organisation

## Das bringst du mit:

  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung und eine Weiterbildung zum Techniker (w/m/d) Fachrichtung Qualitätsmanagement
  • Erfahrungen im Qualitätsmanagement sowie in der Anwendung und Umsetzung von Normen und Methoden
  • Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung gepaart mit einer guten Organisations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse, Reisebereitschaft und die Freude, sich auf unterschiedliche Kulturen einzustellen
  • Tatendrang, neue Herausforderungen motivieren dich und du arbeitest gerne daran Technik und Prozesse weiterzuentwickeln und auch mal neue Wege zu gehen

## Vergütung:

Das Jahresgrundgehalt liegt – abhängig von Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung – aktuell bei ca. 50.600€ – 75.300€ brutto p.a

Tarifliche Sonderleistungen sowie weitere betriebliche Leistungen sind möglich.
