Qualitätsprüfer 3D-Messtechnik (alle Geschlechter)

Standort: Unterhaching

  • Aufgaben, Kompetenzen und Verantwortung
  • Durchführung definierter Qualitätsinspektionen bis zur finalen Auslieferung der Produkte
  • Vermessung und Auswertung von Triebwerks-, Ventilkomponenten sowie ALM-Bauteilen auf 3D-Messmaschinen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit verschiedenen Prüf- und Messmitteln (z. B. Rauheits- und Konturmessgeräte)
  • Kennzeichnung und Dokumentation von Abweichungen an Produkten, Equipment und Prüfmitteln
  • Identifikation von Abweichungen sowie Freigabe bzw. Bescheinigung der Produktkonformität gemäß Konstruktionsunterlagen
  • Erstellung und Bearbeitung von Qualitätsmeldungen
  • Durchführung von Messungen mittels optischer 2D- und 3D-Prüfverfahren
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit angrenzenden Fachbereichen wie Fertigung und Konstruktion
  • Fachliche Anforderungen
  • Ausbildung
  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in einem metallverarbeitenden Beruf
  • Weiterbildung zum Meister oder Techniker von Vorteil
  • Berufserfahrung
  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung in der Messtechnik
  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement und/oder in der Qualitätssicherung
  • Erfahrung in der Zerspanung (Drehen und Fräsen) wünschenswert
  • IT-Kenntnisse
  • SAP R/3: vertiefte Anwendungskenntnisse
  • Fachkenntnisse
  • Sehr gutes Verständnis technischer Zeichnungen, insbesondere komplexer Form- und Lagetoleranzen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen Prüf- und Messmitteln (z. B. Rauheits- und Konturmessgeräte)
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Einsatz qualitätsrelevanter Messgeräte
  • Zwingend erforderlich: Erfahrung im Umgang mit 3D-Messmaschinen (optisch und taktil)
