Qualitätsprüfer im Messraum (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Durchführung geometrischer, elektrischer, mechanischer, physikalischer sowie visueller Prüfungen an Kabeln und Leitungen
  • Durchführung von Qualitätskontrollen bei eingehenden Materialien und Freigabenerteilung für die Weiterverarbeitung in der Produktion
  • Bemusterung von Bestands- und Neuprodukten
  • Unterstützung der Abteilungen (Qualitätssicherung, Fertigung, Konstruktion und Entwicklung) durch Bereitstellung prüfrelevanter Daten, Ergebnisse und technischer Informationen
  • Erstellung und Bereitstellung von Mustern sowie relevanten Unterlagen zur Unterstützung des Zertifizierungsprozess
  • Erstellung von Prüfprotokollen

Das bringen Sie mit:

  • Bereitschaft zum 3-Schicht
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Mess- und Prüfmitteln (z. B. für geometrische, elektrische, mechanische Prüfungen)
  • Kenntnisse in der Werkstoff- und Kabeltechnik
  • Verständnis von Qualitätsnormen und Zertifizierungsanforderungen
  • Erfahrung mit Prüf- und Dokumentationssystemen
  • Bereitschaft zu flexiblen Arbeitszeiten, z. B. bei Krankheitsvertretung
  • Deutsch in Wort und Schrift
