Im Auftrag unseres Kunden suchen wir mehrere Qualitätsprüfer für den Standort 73776 Altbach.

Aufgaben

  • Visuelle Prüfungen und Nacharbeiten an Fahrzeugbauteilen und Komponenten aus verschiedenen Werkstoffen (Stahl, Alu, Carbon, diverse Kunststoffe, Exterieur, Interieur) auf Oberflächenfehler, Montagefehler und Funktionsfehler
  • Messtechnische Prüfungen (Handmessmittel und Lehrenprüfungen), Dichtheitsprüfungen und Sicht- und Funktionskontrollen anhand von Fehlerbildern nach Prüf- und Arbeitsanweisungen
  • Sortier- und Nacharbeiten sowie Oberflächenbearbeitung von Komponenten wie z.B. Entgraten
  • Dokumentation der Fehler und Prüfergebnisse

Anforderungen

  • Erste Erfahrung in der Qualitätsprüfung, Fehlerdokumentation oder Nachbearbeitung von Bauteilen in der Automobil-/ Zulieferer- oder Metallindustrie von Vorteil
  • Zeitlich flexibel und bereit zur Schichtarbeit, handwerklich geschickt, sorgfältige und präzise Arbeitsweise
  • Führerschein Klasse B von Vorteil
  • Höchste Einsatzbereitschaft, gutes Qualitätsverständnis, gutes Sehvermögen
  • Deutsche Sprache in Wort und Schrift, Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Zuverlässigkeit, Einsatzbereitschaft, Teamfähigkeit sind erforderlich
  • Teilweise Reisebereitschaft, aber nicht zwingen erforderlich
