Deine Aufgaben:

  • die Prüfung von Strukturbauteilen und Baugruppen
  • die Durchführung von Erstmusterprüfungen und Funktionstests
  • die Analyse und Bearbeitung von Qualitätsabweichungen
  • die Dokumentation qualitätsrelevanter Ergebnisse
  • die Unterstützung der Produktion bei Qualitätsfragen
  • die Mitarbeit in bereichsübergreifenden Teams zur nachhaltigen Problemlösung
  • das Coaching von Mitarbeitenden im Produktionsumfeld

#### VORAUSSSETZUNGEN:

  • eine abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung im Metallbereich
  • eine erfolgreich abgeeschlossene Aufstiegsweiterbildung zum Techniker (m/w/d) oder Meister (m/w/d)
  • mind. über 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Fertigung / Produktion, Qualitätsmanagement und Qualitätssicherung
  • mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich der Herstellung / Prüfung von Kohlenfaserverbundwerkstoffe (CFK)
  • verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
