Für unseren Kunden Airbus Helicopters Deutschland suchen wir einen erfahrenen Qualitätsprüfer (m/w/d) für den Bereich Final Assembly Line H135/H145. In dieser verantwortungsvollen Position stellen Sie die Einhaltung höchster Qualitätsstandards in der Endmontage moderner Hubschrauber sicher und tragen maßgeblich zur Produktionssicherheit und Produktqualität bei.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • die Durchführung von Qualitätsinspektionen und Endprüfungen
  • die Kontrolle der Konformität gemäß geltender Standards
  • die Durchführung von Stop Points, FAI-Prüfungen und Funktionstests
  • die Bearbeitung von Qualitätsabweichungen und technischen Vorfällen
  • die Durchführung von Ursachenanalysen
  • die Sicherstellung der Umsetzung von Corrective und Preventive Actions
  • die Unterstützung des Produktionsablaufs durch schnelle Fehlerbearbeitung
  • die Durchführung von Operational Surveillance
  • das Coaching und die Betreuung von Produktionsmitarbeitern mit L1-/L2-Delegation

#### VORAUSSSETZUNGEN:

  • eine abgeschlossene Weiterbildung zum Maschinenbautechniker (m/w/d), Elektrotechniker (m/w/d) oder Vergleichbares
  • mind. über 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement
  • versierter Umgang mit MS-Office, SAP und G-Suite
  • Part 66 Modulschulungen / CS CAT-B1 Lizenz wünschenswert
  • verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Bereitschaft für 2. Schichtbetrieb (Früh + Spät)
