Qualitätsprüfer (m/w/d) – Technische Kunststoffe, Viersen

Dieses Profil bringen Sie mit:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder nachgewiesene Berufserfahrung im Bereich Qualitätskontrolle oder Kunststoffverarbeitung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Prüfverfahren und Prüfgeräten
  • Kenntnisse in Messtechnik und Dokumentation von Vorteil
  • Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im Zweischichtmodell (Früh-/Spätschicht)
  • Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, mindestens Niveau B2

Ihre Aufgaben als Qualitätsprüfer (m/w/d):

  • Durchführen mechanischer und physikalischer Prüfungen an technischen Kunststoffen, zum Beispiel Zugversuche und Biegeprüfungen
  • Bestimmen von Fließeigenschaften und Materialfeuchte
  • Dokumentieren von Messwerten und Sicherstellen der Rückverfolgbarkeit
  • Pflegen und Warten von Messmitteln und Prüfgeräten sowie Gewährleisten ihrer Einsatzbereitschaft
