Die Neuenhauser Kompressorenbau GmbH fertigt und vertreibt Kolbenkompressoren, Druckluftbehälter und Druckluftanlasser. Unsere Produkte werden weltweit in der Schifffahrt, im Anlagenbau und in der Industrie eingesetzt. Unsere Expertise und Stärke basiert auf der Fachkompetenz, Erfahrung und Motivation von ca. 70 Mitarbeitern an unserem Standort in Ringe-Neugnadenfeld.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Prüfung und Qualitätssicherung aller eingehenden Materialien und Komponenten
  • Strukturierte Dokumentation von Prüfergebnissen und Abweichungen
  • Enge Abstimmung mit Einkauf und Produktion zur schnellen Klärung von Auffälligkeiten
  • Aktive Mitgestaltung der Prüfprozesse und Umsetzung von Maßnahmen zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung

Unsere Wünsche:

  • Abgeschlossene gewerbliche Ausbildung, z. B. als Industriemechaniker, Mechatroniker oder vergleichbar
  • Erste Berufserfahrung in der Qualitätssicherung oder Wareneingangsprüfung wünschenswert, Berufseinsteiger sind ebenfalls willkommen
  • Grundkenntnisse im Umgang mit Prüfmitteln wünschenswert
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Sorgfalt und eine zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
