### Für ein mittelständisches Unternehmen aus der metallverarbeitenden Industrie im Nürnberger Osten suchen wir einen Qualitätsprüfer (m/w/d). Dich erwartet ein präzisionsorientiertes Fertigungsumfeld mit technischen Bauteilen, klaren Prüfprozessen und enger Zusammenarbeit mit Produktion und Qualitätssicherung.

### Unser Angebot:

### Deine Aufgaben:

  • Prüfung von Fertigungsteilen nach Zeichnung und Prüfplan
  • Prüfentscheidung inklusive nachvollziehbarer Dokumentation
  • Bearbeitung dokumentationspflichtiger Teile
  • Klärung gesperrter Teile mit den zuständigen Fertigungsbereichen
  • Nachverfolgung von Nacharbeit und Korrekturmaßnahmen
  • Unterstützung der Fertigung bei Werkerselbstprüfungen
  • Bearbeitung von Reklamationen inklusive Ursachenanalyse
  • Erstellung, Sicherstellung und Archivierung qualitätsrelevanter Dokumentationen
  • Eigenständige Auswertung von Statistiken im Qualitätsbereich

### Das bringst Du mit:

  • Fachspezifische Erfahrung in der Produktionsqualitätssicherung von mindestens zwei Jahren
  • Sicherer Umgang mit technischen Zeichnungen und Prüfplänen
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Messmitteln
  • Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen und CAQ-Anwendungen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit dokumentationspflichtigen Teilen
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im 2-Schichtmodell
  • Sorgfältige und nachvollziehbare Arbeitsweise bei Prüf- und Dokumentationsaufgaben
