# Sachbearbeiter Kundenreklamationen & Messtechnik (m/w/d) für den Standort Gründau

Ihr Aufgabengebiet

Ansprechpartner für Kunden und Lieferanten mit Schwerpunkt Reklamationsbearbeitung
Abwicklung von Messaufträgen sowie Planung von Messaufbauten
Bedienung von taktilen und optischen Messgeräten und Messmaschinen
Auswertung und Dokumentation der Messergebnisse
Erstellung von Messprogrammen für Vorserie- und serienbegleitende Messungen sowie die
Weiterentwicklung von Messtechniken und Verfahren
Durchführung methodischer Fehleranalysen (Ishikawa, 5Why)
Erstellung von 8D-Reports
Aktualisierung von FMEA, Produktionslenkungs- und Prüfplänen
Mitwirkung bei der Bearbeitung von Kundenreklamationen

Ihr Profil

Abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung (bspw. als Werkzeugmechaniker oder vergleichbar)
Berufserfahrung im Bereich Messtechnik sowie mit 3D-Messmaschinen
Gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit 8D-Reports, Ishikawa, 5Why sowie FMEAs
Erfahrung im Umgang mit Prozessen der Automobilindustrie, der zugehörigen Dokumentation in ERP- und CAQ-Systemen sowie im direkten Austausch mit OEMs
Kommunikationsstärke, Problemlösungskompetenz und Teamorientierung
Fortgeschrittene Englischkenntnisse (mind. B1)
